Getting To Humberston By Public Transport Humberston lies on the north east coast of England close to the seaside resort of Cleethorpes. If travelling by train, the nearest railway stations are Grimsby Town (4 miles) and Cleethorpes (2 miles). From Grimsby, buses run regularly to Humberston from a bus stop outside the train station (Stagecoach bus service), or a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank outside the station. From the centre of Cleethorpes buses also run regularly to Humberston (Stagecoach bus service), or a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank on Sea Road in the centre of the resort. Coach services also run to and from Grimsby and Cleethorpes so it is possible to arrive by coach and then use the local bus service to Humberston. |

From the North From the North the approach is either via the M18 and M180, or via the A15 (Humber Bridge). In either case, join the A180 at the Barnetby Interchange approximately 15 miles to the west of Grimsby. Follow the A180 all the way to Grimsby. From the centre of Grimsby, follow the signs to Cleethorpes which is a further 2 miles. Humberston is signposted from Cleethorpes and is 2 miles further south. |
From the South From the South of Lincolnshire and Norfolk the approach to Humberston is via the A16. Follow the signs north towards Grimsby and at New Waltham approximately 3 miles from the centre of Grimsby, turn right at the roundabout onto the B1219. Follow the road through New Waltham for 1 mile to a mini roundabout. Humberston is straight on and is 2 miles from New Waltham. |

From the south of England via the A1, turn onto the A46 at Newark. Follow the A46 north east for 40 miles, bypassing the City of Lincoln and the town of Market Rasen. A roundabout is reached five miles from Grimsby. Turn right onto the A18 and 4 miles further on there is a left turn signposted to Waltham. Follow the road for 2 miles to Waltham and at the second mini-roundabout turn left onto the B1203. At the next mini-roundabout follow the signs to New Waltham (B1219). From the West From the West the approach will be via the M18 and M180. At the end of the M180 continue straight on and follow the A180 all the way to Grimsby.
