There is some disagreement over whether Java would make a suitable
platform for webneurons. Some say yes, some say it is just a bolt on to the
existing http, and we could do better. In either case it seems certain
that it would be slow.

It is not thought that there is much/if any provision
in Java for passing information between pages which is an essential
requiremant of webneurons. It is also true that Java is not neural
based so that doesn't help either.
