RFSApps - Remove and restore applications in Apps

Some people want to customise everything and are irritated by 'those redundant applications' that persist in the ResourceFS Apps directory,

RFSApps is a module providing 2 commands to control the ROM aps, and *RemApp to remove applications linked with *AddApp. It is a beta version; use with care.

This relies on the singular way in which the ROM has been compiled, so it only works with RISC OS 3.5+. *RemApp should work with all versions.

The KillApps utilities are superceded, but still available.
