On Pentecost Sunday 2006, Bishop Crispian announced
the formation of Pastoral Areas to faciliate the needs of the diocese.
This reorganisation of the diocese followed a long period
of discussion based on the document Go forth and Bear Fruit.

The South Berkshire Pastoral Area includes the parishes of
Corpus Christi Wokingham, St Joseph Bracknell, St Margaret Clitherow Bracknell,
Holy Ghost Crowthorne with The Immaculate Conception Sandhurst.

The purpose of this page is to provide some links to information
concerning the activities within the Pastoral area.
There are also links to the activities at the Diocesan level, that is the Diocesan Pastoral Council
since there should be two-way flow of information between Diocese and the Pastoral Area.
