Thackray Medal: nomination form

The Thackray Medal is awarded annually for a significant achievement, realised in the previous twelve months, in the history of those areas of interest to the Society, that is the biological and earth sciences in the broadest sense. The award can go to an individual or a team and recognition may be for a piece of work completed (e.g. the cataloguing of an archive collection), a publication (book or journal article), exhibition etc.

All S.H.N.H. members in good standing are invited to make nominations for the 2004 award using the form below. Nominations should be returned to the Secretary. The deadline for submissions will be announced in due course.
