I have been surfing all nite to find the references to pads... Kept changing my mind as to what it was related to and dimly remembered it was discussed in relation to Project Xanadu. So reviewed all the Xanadu stuff and what do I find...They are now working together. I think webneurons are the missing link - as it were! I forwarded your web page to Nelson and Tanaka.
