I do believe that if this is done, it will allow our Internet to develope some kind of intelligance. ClickShop Com (my company) has developed a HTML preprocessor which examines all pages for user defined extensions to HTML. It can then run any local CGI script it wants. This system could be used to develope the system you are proposing.
