What are webneurons?

Home dic
They are small software building blocks. Each one can be connected to others by links so that you can form a network. The way this website is constructed could be considered of similar structure.
Each page has links to other pages and very complex arrangements can be formed. This freedom gives the flexibility required to perform any computing task, if only the network could somehow be "brought alive".
To perform active tasks, the links must be directional, so that a "flow" can be established. The website's green arrow icons show this. So here we have an inactive model of what a real live webneuron application might look like.
The trick is, to make the network active.
This is not so easy, as the next section
"Development" will indicate.
