'Findling'

One of the most compact of all Callunas with bright green foliage which does not flower. This plant occasionally throws a reversion which is more vigorous and has mauve (H2) flowers. Such a reversion should be cut out so that the moss-like appearance is not destroyed. Ideal for sink gardens. Ht. 10-15cm. Spd. 21-25cm.

'Fritz Kircher'

A bud-bloomer, (f. diplocalyx), with long spikes of purplish pink buds fading to white at the base, Aug-Dec, with mid-green foliage. A neat, compact, erect plant. Considered to be an improvement on 'Marleen', it is the result of a deliberate breeding programme by Kurt Kramer using 'Marleen' as one of the parents. It is named after a past President of Gesellschaft der Heidefreunde, the German Heather Society. Progeny: 'Martha' Ht. 26-30cm. Spd. 31-45cm.
