Mauve flowers, Aug-Sept, on bright golden yellow foliage. Neat upright habit. Sport from 'Boskoop' found at Carn Nursery in Northern Ireland. It is considered to be one of the best yellow foliaged cultivars of Calluna vulgaris. Ht. 31-45cm. Spd. 46-60cm.

A sport from 'Darkness' which has mauve (H2) flowers, Aug-Sep, with pink new growth like freshly polished copper on yellow/green foliage which turns bronze in winter. It has an upright and vigorous habit. Found by John Hewitt in his nursery near Guildford, Surrey, England in 1981. Ht. 31-45cm. Spd. 46-60cm.
