Use the basic Roti Dough Recipe and
a tawa or griddle heated to high.
- Place a ball of dough on a lightly dusted board and sprinkle a very small amount of flour
 on top
 - Rollout thinly to about 6ins/15cm.
 - Place on tawa/griddle
 - When bubbles appear on upper surface flip over (with fish slice)
 - When brown spots appear on the underside flip over again
 - Cook until brown spots appear, pressing it down with fish slice if necessary.
 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil
