Mango Chutney

Method

  1. Sauté onion and ginger in the oil
  2. Add the diced apple and let it pick up some color.
  3. Add the mango, sugar, vinegar and raisins, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Let cool.
