Standard Assessment Guidelines

All word processed documents must contain a header a footer and include the following information:

1. Your name (header)
   
2. Unit name (header)
3. Assessment number and/or title
4. Page number (footer)
5. Total number of pages in document (footer)
6. Filename (footer)
7. Date of last revision (footer)

Before handing in you must ensure the following:

1. The spell checker has been used
2. The printed output has been proof-read
