PRICES
All prices include VAT at 17½% but not carriage and packing, for which a separate charge is made. The prices quoted are fixed, there being no discount for advance payments or penalties for stage payments. The price prevailing at the time of ordering will be maintained wherever possible for its duration. Whilst every effort is made to keep prices unchanged for the duration of this list, they are subject to alteration without notice. ORDERS
Orders can be placed by letter, telephone or e-mail. A deposit will be required at the time of placing the order, as shown in this price list. All orders will be acknowledged confirming costs and expected delivery date(s).

AVAILABILITY
All products are offered subject to availability and manufacturing programme at the time of placing the order.

PAYMENT
Notification of kit, or completed locomotive will be made subject to availability, at which time payment must be made. Payments may be paid by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. Customers who arrange to collect kits, may by exception, make payment at that time. A fully detailed VAT invoice will be sent following receipt of payment, usually with your goods.

STAGE PAYMENT
Stage payments are available for kits only. The quantity of kits may vary between locomotives.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation of any order made with 7 working days will not incur a penalty. After this the order will be suspended, until resold and then be subject to a 20% administration charge of the deposit.

CARRIAGE
Size and weight of the package determine carriage rates. All goods are sent on a carriers standard overnight service. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage unless notified immediately, and confirmed in writing with 7 working days of date of despatch. An additional carriage insurance charge of £3.00 will be made on every kit despatched unless otherwise requested. Special arrangements apply for packing, insurance and carriage of completed locomotives. Separate arrangements and rates can be advised for deliveries to addresses outside Great Britain.

DESIGNS
Designs, drawings, photographs, product information, layout and style are considered property. Reproductions in whole, or in part, of any product, document or publication is strictly prohibited, nor may any publication in whole or part be stored in a retrieval system of any nature, without written permission.

LIABILITY
Bramhurst Mainline Ltd's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the good supplied by Bramhurst Mainline Ltd to the customer. Bramhurst Mainline Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from that shown. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice.
